Repair & Care is a maintenance & support plan for your broken-down appliance, providing a one-off repair (where repairable) and then ongoing maintenance and support for your product, to help ensure your product continues to work correctly and to minimise the chances of mechanical and electrical breakdown. It is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited.
Repair & Care gives you access to maintenance hints and tips for the life of your plan, as well as an annual health check to make sure your appliance is running smoothly. If something goes wrong, you can access remote support whenever you need to from our Appliance Care team.
If your appliance fails the annual health check or stops working, you’ll receive repairs Domex engineers to help get you back up and running. If our engineers can’t fix your appliance or it is deemed to be beyond economic repair, Domestic & General will arrange for a replacement that has the same or similar specifications. This only applies after the initial repair.
There’s the option to pay monthly by Direct Debit (plus your plan will automatically renew at the end of the initial plan period, ensuring no break in care), as well as the option to pay in advance by credit or debit card.
