Co-founders Ross Ganev and Rado Dinev set up Domex in 2003 at which time they had already been friends for over a decade. It is this strong friendship bond which is at the core of the culture at Domex. We are more than just colleagues; we are a community of friends.

Our Recruitment Process
You register your CV or apply for a live vacancy by clicking “Check Our Vacancies”. If you are shortlisted, we will call you for an informal telephone interview, during which we seek to understand your skills and experience. We will also tell you more about Domex.
You are doing well, you are invited to interview at our Head Office in Epsom or via Zoom (for more distant areas). This will include a short assessment of your current technical knowledge and an opportunity for us to answer any questions you have.
