How can I check if you cover my area?
Simply type the first part of your post code. For example: KT17, LE1 or SW10.
My area is not listed. How do I know if you still cover it?
If you are not sure, simply give us a call and we'll check for you. If it's out of hours, simply get a quote and if we cover your area, you'll see your quote and of course you'll be able to book your engineer online.
What's the best way to book an engineer?
Honestly, the quickest and easiest it's online! In step 2 you can see your quote and what is included in our service and in step 3 you can choose the date and time of your visit. Once you submit your booking you'll get a job reference number and confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can call us but it must be during opening hours and it takes on avarage 5-7mins to go through the booking process.
We don't mind how you book, either way we'll be happy to see you join our hundreds of thousands of satisfied cusotmers.
Where are Domex engineers based?
All Domex engineers are located in and around the area they are allocated to cover. It is the only way we can achieve efficiency. For example, our offices are based in Epsom, Great London but we have engineers in Guildford, Crawley, Brighton, Leicester, Nottingham, Lincoln...you get the idea. Same applies for our Greater London engineers. All our engineers get their spare parts shipped overnight to local depots to ensure speedy turn around time of your repair.

They were able to come a whole week earlier than originally booked in for. Very reliable and Alex, the Engineer, was very polite and absolutely knew what he was doing. The dishwasher was mended in no time. Domex have mended several appliances for me and have always been prompt and got the job done.

Thank you. I have had a really great experience with Domex. Everything was really well organised, including the texts and phone call giving me an exact time of arrival. The engineer, Yasser, was friendly and very helpful, wore all the protective clothing and explained everything really well.

It was easy to book the repair and all charges were clearly explained. Domex were able to provide a repair person the very next day unlike other companies I tried. I loved being able to track my repair person to know when they were going to get to me. The fault was diagnosed quickly and repaired equally quickly right during the first visit.

Our washing machine was tripping the electrical circuit; the engineer visited within a few days of booking and identified the problem on arrival. He had the right parts with him and fixed the machine within an hour. And now it’s laundry day again…
