The Domex family look out for one another and, like all great families, encourage each other to grow and develop. This is why we offer all of our staff – no matter how fresh or experienced – a range of training and development opportunities. We have a dedicated training manager, too, ensuring that everyone has a chance to discover and nurture their talents.
In partnership with Nescot College, we run an apprentice programme which allows students, who are doing NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering, to receive valuable training from our team and the opportunity to join Domex full-time as an appliance engineer.
Students will attend college for three days a week and train with Domex for the remaining two. Electrical Level 3 students will be invited to the Domex head office to learn about the business and the role of an appliance engineer, followed by an opportunity to take part in practical tasks. From there, shortlisted students will be interviewed and successful candidates will be offered a place in the Domex family.

Ongoing Training Available
We never stop learning, which is why we provide ongoing new product training for all of our staff, as well as the opportunity to go to college and further develop their skills.
Training Available for Office Staff
Whether it be communications training for new office staff, management courses for our leaders, or NVQs for customer service and admin, our training manager is always looking for ways to help our office staff to develop both individually and as a team.
