What to expect when an engineer comes to visit
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a call from one of our engineers at least 30 minutes beforehand. This allows our clients to adequately prepare for our arrival, should they need to.
Upon arrival, your engineer will show you their personal ID badges, This ensures that you’re only granting access to a legitimate Domex professional. Before entering your home, your dedicated engineer will put on a pair of cover shoes. This prevents dirt and other debris from entering your home.
Once the problem has been identified, our fully-trained, highly-experienced technicians will get to work repairing your appliance. Upon job completion, our Gas Safe qualified experts will conduct extensive tests to ensure your cooker is safe to use and fully functioning.
Once your Blomberg cooker has been fixed, we will issue you with an eService receipt. This confirms that work was carried out and subsequently completed. You can view your eService receipt on our ‘My Repair’ page. You can also change your appointment time, see a photo of the engineer you’ll be expecting and be given a timeframe in which to expect them.
